I waited very long for an interview date which for me was the worst part of this process...
The medical was ok, the shots were expensive so it’s a good idea to get them as soon as you can.
Medical cost was - $1600
Vaccines are an additional cost.

Embassy Review : |
POE was ok, a lot of questions asked about my background eg. school history, parents, siblings, family in the US etc
But it was all done in a very friendly manner with smiles now and again.. I was just very tired because my flight was delayed by 2 hrs and this was my first time traveling to the US and being in a plane for this long..
But it was ok.. the officer at POE told me don’t worry the next time I’m at the airport it won’t take that long .. |

Timeline Comments: 6Hi what was your experience like?
Hello, I updated my timeline so you can read about my experience:)
Hi what were the required vaccines?
I had chicken pox so didn’t have to get it again, that’s one of the required vaccine, also, MMR, TDAP, FLU SHOT etc
They will let you know what u need to get and give u the option to do it there or if u choose to do it elsewhere it will take another month or so to complete your medical.
Where was your poe and experience?
@Mrs. RiRi G ... still in Trinidad, I updated the date because I bought my ticket yesterday.. I will be leaving next week Friday which is the 12th July 2019..
I will post my experience when I get there (God Willing)..
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
