Hi I got RFE for "final divorce decree" which my lawyer will send tomorrow. Hopefully they will approve it soon. Good luck with your journey too!

Hi! We've received a RFE too :( I see that more 60 than days are passed since your responded to your RFE. If you didn't get the decision yet, did you contact USCIS as they have to make a decision within 60 days from receiving the response?

Yes it's been more 84 days now. I called and ask USCIS she made a service request which I did 24 days ago still waiting for the response.
