Hello Peas in a Pod! I have a few questions and I'm hoping you can help me. Our NOA2 came in by mail dated 28th Dec 2018 and on the USCIS website, the WAC status is still not updated. May I know how we will be notified if the NVC has received it/Case no. assigned/NVC sent to Consulate? Is there a number we can contact or will they be sending these by mail? Hoping for your reply. Thanks in advance! Cris & Corey

Hello. Our WAC status didn't update on the USCIS website either. Jen had found a blog with good information so here's what we did next according to the blog. Call NVC (+1-603-334-0700) to get your case number. Then go to https://ceac.state.gov/ceacstattracker/status.aspx and enter your case number. You should find your current status there. The blog I mentioned is here : https://happilyhaberlafter.wordpress.com/2018/04/21/k1-visa-process/ Good luck

Hello! I am also scheduled for my interview on Feb 26! Congrats to us! Right now fixing to get the signed I-134f and the rest of the original requirements from my fiancé's side and I am applying for the police clearance certificate via the Dubai Police app. How are you heading to Abu Dhabi?
blank avatar Peas In A Pod on 2019-02-07 said:
Yes Congrats! We've gotten almost everything together already. We have an attorney that got most of the things together already, but we will prepare for more based on all the things we've read. We are already living in Abu Dhabi. I can see the Embassy from my window :)

Awww! Very good for you. Good luck to us! :) Maybe I'll see you over there!

Good luck. Maybe we will. I'll be waiting patiently in the car, praying she's not too nervous.

Congratulations Jen and Scott! It was nice meeting Jen and having company during the wait at the Consulate!

Congratulations to you both as well. She was so excited that she forgot to wait. She hopes that you had no issues calling. Sorry about that. Safe travels!

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
