Easy to get through but very long lines. The fingerprint was taken at the passport scanned machines so I don't know if that count as a Biometrics Taken. |

Case currently at MSC. Biometric at Atlanta, GA. I arrived 30 mins early due to long lines but it was moving along. Atlanta, GA is a very busy traffic area if you are driving, it take awhile to get there/out during daytime.
I got RFIE on Sept 28, 2019 received mail on Oct 3rd. 2019. Sent back package on Oct 16 2019 and it gets delivered to recipient on Oct 17 2019.
Finally. As of April 12, I see now AOS case processing has updated on April 9th and will get the interview notice in the mail soon.
Wee! On July 15 (Our Anniversary) We got scheduled for an AOS interview!
The interview at the Nashville office went smoothly. See more here: https://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/699075-nashville-tn-field-office-filers/page/9/?tab=comments#comment-10233965

While the I-751 was in the waiting line, moving forward with N-400 has pushed the I-751 for review and is approved. 2/15/2024. No interview for I-751 and did not have a combo interview with the N-400. |

-The first NOA July 29, 2023, stated it is not necessary to appear for Biometrics appointment. Fee not refunded. Service Center NBC, application number started with IOE#.
-The second NOA Jan 5th, 2023, came in the mail. Notice date 12/29/2023 interview scheduled to go to Nashville, TN.
-Passed the test, decision could not be made at the moment due to pending I-751.
-The USCIS Account says it approved the I-751 on Feb 15th, 2024. The N-400 was to be approved on Feb 13th, 2024. N-400 file is already placed in line for scheduling the Oath Ceremony.
-As of 4/29/24, Oath Ceremony Date was scheduled for May 30th. We're ending up in Chattanooga, TN (I wish it was Knoxville but oh well.)
-As of 5/2/24, Oath Ceremony was rescheduled to May 29th.
-May 29th Oath Ceremony did special well. My Husband was the first in the lineup and we were ready to go! His name was the first to be called up, and he got his Naturalization paper. Amazing! |

The security guard seems a bit sneaky as they said they aren't conducting interviews until you show them the passport/papers.
As long having the important files ready, it's all good to go. They usually make sure you aren't making false statement which is their biggest interest. |

Timeline Comments: 4Congratulations on your approval!!!
Congratulations on your AOS approval!!!
Congratulations!!! Your long journey is over!!!
Thank you @Joyoussinger !! :) Yes it is indeed. This forum has been super helpful!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
