Our case was sent to the courts but due to covid and the back log, it was taken off the court docket soooo Long story short we had to refile the I 485, filed I 601 waiver, I765 and I 131 and yes we had to pay the fees again.

4 days earlier than the timeline! good luck. @greenbaum just asked me to contact Jamaica and ask if they will give us the P3 letter and we can pay D160, interview and everything all at once. Check if you can do the same.
