Comments : I stood in line for 10-15 minutes. The CBP officer took my passport and yellow envelope and looked through it. He took my photo and my prints and stamped my passport. He only asked about how much money we were carrying and if we had items to declare. Nothing else. It was really fast, less than 3 minutes.

POE Review: Dallas
Event Description
Entry Date : 2018-10-30
Embassy Review : We arrived at about 4PM and had a connecting flight with only 2 hours layover. My husband and I stood in the passport check line for 10-15 minutes. There was like 20 people in line but then they opened more booths and soon there was only 5 people in front of us. Once it was our turn, the CBP officer took my passport and yellow envelope and looked through it. He took my photo and my prints and stamped my passport. He only asked about how much money we were carrying and if we had items to declare. Nothing else, no secondary wait, nada. It was really fast, less than 3 minutes. We cleared immigration and security screening in less than an hour.
Harassment Level : Low

I don't understand. Did you live in Frankfurt but you're a mexican?

I can be a Mexican living wherever I want. Why would your ask this?
Verónica Quezada on 2022-01-15 said:
yeah sorry if it sounded rude. I was just trying to figure out how your case went so fast.
blank avatar Ana Nuñez on 2022-01-15 said:
Yeah. The speed surprised me too. But it was because the Frankfurt embassy was moving fast either because the case load was less or because efficiency. But yeah from May to October was all it took.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
