Did you meet your fiancee online?
blank avatar Bf__ on 2019-03-18 said:
We did, yes. Why?
blank avatar Banana9ieue on 2019-04-01 said:
We did too, just wondering if that might affect the how long the wait is for the NOA2. I hope you don't mind me asking, do either of you have criminal records and previous marriages?
blank avatar Bf__ on 2019-04-01 said:
No criminal records - petitioner has a previous marriage :) I’m still waiting for our NOA2 but others with the same background have been approved so it really varies

Are you the fiance in the UK? I'm here in England. What are you busy doing while you wait for the NOA2? I'm going bananas with this waiting :p
blank avatar Bf__ on 2019-04-01 said:
I am. It’s pretty sucky. I’m flying over in a month now so that’s keeping me busy and less concerned

Are you able to go to the U.S with a K1 visa application pending? Have you managed to before?
blank avatar Bf__ on 2019-04-01 said:
Yep - not a problem :)

Yay! NVC received! My case at the NVC was no more than 2 weeks and a bit before it was recently sent to the consulate! You’re making up ground, and quickly so that’s great!

Yay! Thank you for your message. I will look at your timeline to get a rough gauge!

When going to your Medical exam will you take the attachment on the email sent to you from the NVC which has your case number on it? And how long did it take from when they told you your case was ready for you to receive a letter from the Embassy? Thank you!!!
blank avatar Bf__ on 2019-05-05 said:
I will be taking the email, yes. Knightsbridge ask for it. As for the letter, I haven’t received it yet. Some people never do

Hello Brandonflude1! I hope you are doing well with your visa journey? I am just sending you a message to ask if you could help me with the interview appointment. I have seen that you have yours all booked! I dont know if it is me, but I dont think the uk us embassy website is very clear. Could you please let me know where you book your interview appointment and pay your visa fees? Also when exactly do you book the courrier to have your passeport back? Thank you!!!

Do you know how you'll get all your belongings over to the US, or a good shipping company? I'm taking as much as I can on the aeroplane but I don't know how I'll get the rest shipped over there.

I don’t. I’ll be flying with all of my stuff. There is a company called Parcel2Go that can give you the best quotes for shipping door to door! Take a look, I have recommended this site to another VJer

Hi! I got approved today. Did you receive your visa yet? How soon after you got approved did the status change, and where did you check the status? Also, do you know if when the visa is delivered to your address if you have to show ID and sign for it? Thank you so much for your help!

Did DX tell you what time of day they would deliver it? How soon did they let you know the time? :)
blank avatar Bf__ on 2019-05-29 said:
They didn’t tell me what time. I actually didn’t get an email until I had the visa in hand lol
PurelyRavage on 2019-10-16 said:
Hey just wondering in regards to your RFE, why did they want the tax return? Did you send the full tax transcript?
blank avatar Bf__ on 2019-10-17 said:
@PurelyRavage, we submitted transcripts and the 1040s. I’m not sure why they wanted it, we sent transcripts originally but I guess they wanted to see the full return for some reason

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
