Event Description
Review Date : September 26, 2018
Embassy Review : We came to the interview together. It was a chilly rainy day. After waiting outside for about 30 minutes we entered the building and got our number. The next was mostly sitting and waiting. The building is brand new and quite spacious. The process was rather simple, first you get your number and wait, later you are invited to submit financial documents and have fingerprints taken, finally, you talk to the officer. We waited about one hour and a half since our appointed time, but we came 40 minutes earlier. The interview itself was very quick and the officer was nice and polite. She only asked us where we met and what work my petitioner does. She mostly talked to him. After about 2-3 minutes of the interview she said that the visa is approved and it will be delivered in 10 days.
All in all, it was a positive experience!
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
