Embassy Review : |
Our appointment was at 8:45am. We got there around 8:15, the lady called my name around 9:15.
The first 10minutes was just her checking our documents without talking. She was looking at our documents and her computer screen.
She was very intimidating, and scary. (Seems like talking so fast on purpose to intimidate me.) She never asked us about the documents we brought which was on the letter. All we showed were our passports and wedding photos. She asked my husband when he met me, how many times did he go to Japan, has he ever met my parents, how did he talk to them. etc
The interview took about an hour. She made us sit back at the waiting room for 5 min, called us again to the reception desk said "It seems all good, we approve your form. You will receive the card in 10days."
I finally could breath!!javascript:emoticon('')

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
