USCIS office did not requested/received my medical exam report from the POE on time. Therefore, during the interview I have been told that, I will get the desicion as soon as they receive the medical exam report and it will take around 2-3 weeks. However, I waited 7 months to get the approval :) During this 7 months I have visited the office (infopass) several times, and finally made a phone inquiry. One of the visits they have relaized that they already received the report but not placed it into my original file. So I advice, eventough you already submitted your medical report to POE beacuse you have a k-3 visa, And beacuse you have a k-3 visa, you have been told that you dont need to submit medical exam report with the AOS application. Please get a new medical exam report here in the US and sumbit it during the AOS application.
So here I am finally got my "card-production ordered" e-mail after 7 months of stressful waiting. |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
