All I can say is the USCIS were complete professionals as was the US embassy. There is no doubt if a couple makes the effort, does what it asked and is truthful the process will be fine. We are very blessed. |

Timeline Comments: 5Hi, may I ask how you received such a quick interview date just a few months after you submitted your 485 Adjustment of Status application? Did you do something special or request priority of some kind? Thanks in advance for any insight you might have for the Oakland Park location!
Hello, I had thought Oakland park was the interview as my wife’s Bio was there but we are having green card in Hialeah. We did not do anything to get a quick interview but I can tell you I have to believe having all your documents ready and never getting an RFE might have helped. I also believe Christ helped us but that’s my own belief. I am as surprised as you but very happy to get this done, good luck
That's great news! Congrats! I read that USCIS is moving folks around to nearby offices to balance the case loads.

I saw your timeline update. Sorry to hear they couldn't just combine both n-400 and 751 interviews at same time. Did they say how long you might have to wait for tye 751? Will you have to go back in for a 751 interview as well? Good luck to you all!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
