Aslamoalikum everyone!hope all are good,i had my interview on 20 dec2018..i reached the consulte around 6.30 in the morning.that time the embassy ws off,only few guards were there.i went on my own car.so i dn knw the shuttle experience..when the embassy opened at 7,i was the first one who entered there first,cuz there was no one else except me..i waite about half an hour in the lounge.after that a window opened at immigation counter and they asked me fir my dicuments..thy took my biometrics and asked me to waite for the interview..i sat there nd meanwhile the shuttle came and alot of people came in the lobby..after ten minutes i was called for interview..the co saidAslamoallikum,i said waalikumasalam,she said,kaisi ho,i said i am fine ,hru?(i chosed english for interview,i never took an interpreter)..she asked basic Wuestions like who is sponsoring you,when u got married,love mariage or arranged,he asked his hobbies,his favourite food,how many siblings he has,she asked his step father dearh date(i knew that but i dn knw why i said i dn remember)..she said gues,i said maybe 2009...actual date ws in 2006..anywaz..she asked how many people attend the ceremony,she asked our wedding album nd then she asked which one is our fvt photo..then she kept busy lookng somthng in her system..i asked her,then she said everythng is fine but i cnt see ur affidavit of support file,i said do u mean this joint sponsor income is not enough ,should i bring another one,,she said ni...maybe i hav e some error in my system,i cnt see,,i said i hv all the hard copopies,u can see it,she said,no pls upload again nd give me 221g nd i Refused my visa..the word REFUSED hurted me so badly..i remained too much in depression..when i cane home i check my ceac..the file of co sponsor was there but status ws submitted..i never uploaded that files..cuz my all paper work was prepared by accountant in new jursey..he said he is satusfied with his work..soon u will get visa..but i was soooo hurt cuz i was checking all coments of the people on internet nd embassy hold their passport for more then six months and so long..i was afraid to recive ds5535...my mind was getting so negtive with the word REFUSED..my husband said its a temporary one..you wil be issued but i said...nooo...they eil send me back to NVC and then uscis(i was getting v negtive)...but after 28 days my status changed to Administrative process and after 32 days my status changed to issued..i am still not believing on it..that it finally hapened and i wil go to my husband soon Insha Allah..
All my paper work was organized..i took help from internet..alot of fb pages helped me..i was not expecting the refused word..but it hapened...anyhow...Good luck to all the people who are in the same boat..i prayed alot for everyone,when i was in depression of refused..i wasnt able to sleep properly..only Refused word was pinching ke..
Lastly,its a matter if luck..all cases are different..everyone has different time line/different issues...i faced alot of hurdle in getting affidavit of support from co sponsor..we were expecting to get frm the step bro of my husband but after three months of waite he nvr provided us the w-2..i was sitting in pakistan,i arranged my co sponsor from my own famly and that famly really helped me alot..i will alwaz be thankfull to them,cuz thy helped me when i was in need..blessings fr them..
