CSHS on 2019-11-25 said:You have to go online and apply for PCC, then you get an appointment to go to the passport office, then you get an appointment at the police department. They send everything back to the passport office, then they send you a time to pick it up. We are still waiting for the call to pick up.

CSHS on 2021-03-22 said:He submitted it on March 9 and the letter says March 11. Our status online still says refused. They told him at the pickup office that it will say the same until the passport is stamped. We got the email for him to retrieve the documents on March 13, inside the package was a letter saying to submit your passport. He has to go online and submit it t and make an appointment to drop it off.
