Hello, packet #3 that's completed by the beneficiary correct? Also, besides the affidavit of support application, bank statements, transactions & W2, what other support evidence does the petitioner need to send? And is there a packet #4 that has to be sent as well? Thank you

Thank you 😊 Ramona. It’s been a difficult process for us because we applied for the K1 and met all requirements, no RFEs, but still got denied 🤷â€â™€ï¸because of a feeling. I was heartbroken, but We refused to quit. We got married in Accra, Ghana February 22, 2019. We had a wonderful courthouse wedding and refreshments ceremony (50 people) of family and friends. Sometimes, God will send you down another path for your blessings-ðŸŽðŸšªðŸ–¼ .. that’s why we couldn’t quit. We wanted to enjoy our journey, with many more fun trips/ pictures, gathering more receipts, and etc, to Ghana, knowing our reward is coming.. soon. ðŸ™ðŸ¼ðŸ˜ŠðŸ‘
I wishYou and Your Husband well on your visa journey. I am glad you didn’t quit, neither. 👠real Love 💕 endures all things.

My husband and I was in the same boat as you and your husband and it didn't stop us either but, it made us go that much harder! Lots of receipts, traveling back and forth, pictures so much evidence. You all were married 4 days before us "At the Courthouse " which was also nice but HOT😊... Were just about 3 months in our journey which, it looks like Texas processing time has decreased by 2 months which we are very happy for that and we cannot wait until the next steps of our journey. I'm following you all and I'm so much happy for you all. Looking for that magic word soon, I know you're going to post it😊😊😊! Congrats again

Still no word on your interview date yet?
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
