Yes . I did an expedite request and it was updated on my ceac page when it was sent .

Yes and once the consulate receives it they will contact you via phone to schedule the interview. It goes really fast from this point. Best of luck 🙏🏼

You should email and request it. They approved mine for something most wouldn’t consider an issue and if it’s denied, it doesn’t slow anything down.
