It's terrible there is so much advice to do the early filing. I'm sorry this happened to you also. We resubmitted May 2022. Got scheduled an interview September 2022. Interview got canceled (no reason given). Interview is now rescheduled for March 2023.

Thank you. Some people suggested me to hire lawyer and do the hearing but I feel like if they denied me first time they will denied me again and I have to waste more money on lawyer and hearing fee. Did you talk to the lawyer about the first denied what did they suggest you to do?

I talked to an immigration lawyer, but it was a friend of a friend and he knew very little about this topic. He tended to agree with me that we were correct, but it didn't seem worth it to contest. The cost is nearly the same, the timeline could be longer, and we will almost surely be accepted the second time since the only reason for denial was applying too early.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
