October 16th: all documents accepted but I was asked for a proof of my status in Canada to be able to plan my interview (I'm a French citizen).
October 22nd: 2nd submission (the system was down due to maintenance for about 10 days)

I was DQ and also got message to submit documents to show that my husband is eligible for interview in Canada. I submitted my husband work permit and now it just show submitted.
