Your timeline is confusing. It appears you did an adjustment of status from a visa that was not a K-1. So I suggest removing all info about Other Visa. Your timeline says your Adjustment of Status was approved on August 3, 2020. Did your green card arrive yet? If so, you should update the Greencard received date.
