I was notified on March 12 that my case has been transferred to another Service Center. This is making me nervous. I hope my case will not have to start over and have to wait another year to get an update or result.

I am getting ready to submit my Affidavit of Support for my mother. I am concerned that my 2019 Tax return happens to be a bit short of the cut off for the income because of some unfavorable circumstances with my self-employment last year. My current employment this year though will show that I will have much more than the minimum income requirement to show that I will be able to support my mother's immigration. Will it be a problem if my 2019 Income tax is below the cut off even if i send my current pay stubs showing sufficient current income?
Please advice.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
