You case was RFE after more then 1 year after sending your application. If you don't mind me asking, what were they missing or needing? Do you know why it took them a long time to send the RFE? I'm worried that I have to wait the same amount of time to finally be able to get our NOA2 as my case was originally filed at the Potomac office then transferred to the NBC office.
Hopefully they aren't any more delays on your case.
BEST WISHES!!!

Hi,
I filed a petition for my wife, so they were asking me all the questions regarding my marriage and how did it take place? I brought all the evidence to support my marriage. If you have any question regarding my interview or if there is anything I can help, please let me know.
I know it is kind of painful process that we have to go through it.
Sincerely,
Sangin

We just got approved yesterday...
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
