Comments : NVC sent our case to the wrong consulate after many attempts to correct it prior to it leaving and that in combination with interviews being held up at our consulate it has been a very long wait will update when we finally get our interview.

Well in ended up not really making a difference that our case was sent to the wrong consulate because the embassy in Haiti did not open up interviews until January 14th with the earliest open date being February 14th so all the November + 129-F applicants all had to wait three months for an interview 🤦🏽‍♀️. Then due to protests one week before our interview it got canceled due to protests and so we waited again but when the protests calmed at the end of February my fiancé went to the consulate personally and explained and they gave us our interview though the travel docs appointment page still said no appointments so my advice at the end if you have a question for the consulate go to the consulate make sure you have your ds 160 confirmation with you we finally have our approval one year and 11 days of our 129-F filing. We had our interview on Monday Tuesday ceac application received wens administrative processing and Thursday issued we tracked our passport and it was picked up on Thursday from the consulate to aDHL and then was ready on Friday and my fiancé flew home Saturday. You we just keep Faith in God and Thank him we are such a devoted strong couple and Attorney’s are a waste of money

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
