Hi I noticed on your signature that you already scheduled your interview, Did you already received your NVC case number (I don't see a date on your timeline) Also did you wait till CEAC said it was ready or did you just schedule it in hopes that it arrives on time? I'm currently still waiting on them to ship it out, it still says at NVC for us.

Congratulations! I was wondering if you could tell me if there is any kind of payment required at the interview. And if so, what is it for and how much? I have heard stories that there are but haven’t read about it anywhere.

Ok, my fiance’s lawyer in the DR said that you pay $180 approximately each person at the consulate. That would be for him and his two girls. He wasn’t sure what they said it was for but it sounded fishy. I need to have him ask again.

Kyle&Ana on 2019-08-09 said:
Yes, i will be outside of processing times for those two next week!
Jill_y_edwin on 2019-08-09 said:
That is so dumb! I thought the purpose was to allow you to work and leave the country for emergencies BEFORE the AOS is adjudicated. SMH.
Kyle&Ana on 2019-08-11 said:
Exactly!!! But is taking hellaaa months, i sent mid march and have 7 months in this country without being available to help my or to do any other stuff like drive. But finally Thank god my field office was a fast one

Congrats on getting your green card so fast, I was expecting mine to take a year! Was there any reason it happened in just 5 months?

Any EAD update yet? Can you work with your green card approval or do you still need EAD? Also did you get an SSN right after you got here? There is a data mismatch on my husbands i94 it says and SS says they can’t issue one 😕
CJD on 2019-08-26 said:
If u have the green card there is no need for EAD or AP

For the i-94 cpb have offices in every state one of my friends happened the same and she told me was fast go to custom border protection, and look for i-o4 mismatch

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
