Embassy Review : Probably one of the best immigration experiences I have ever had. The office is run like a fine tuned operation.

We got there 30 minutes before the interview time. Got in line outside at 20 minute mark. Got in around 15 minutes before interview. They asked the mandatory Covid questions. Asked if we had any weapons, sharp objects etc and proceeded us to security which took all of 2-3 minutes. From there, was directed to the second floor for naturalization interview. I likely waited 5 minutes for my turn. The officer was great and very professional. Administered the civics test, written and verbal. From there, we went through some questions around the application and then the yes/no questions. The next thing I knew he was asking if I minded waiting a bit for the next oath ceremony? And that was it! Done in less than 20 minutes from appointment time!!!

I think I spent the most time waiting for the oath. They wanted certain interview slots to be done before they started the next ceremony session. The officer presiding over the ceremony was great - very charming and approachable.

Overall, I would give them 10 stars out of 5 if I could.
Harassment Level : Very Good
