Comments : Very quick and efficient! I was lucky to be able to have a same-day ceremony. The officer was very kind about my stress over the whole interview, but it was very easy. We went over my information first, and then we started the interview.

1) Name one of your state's senators.
2) What is one thing Benjamin Franklin is famous for?
3) Name one war fought by the United States in the 1900s.
4) What did Martin Luther King Jr. do?
5) How many United States Senators are there?
6) Name two US Holidays.

After that, we did the reading and writing test (very very easy, don't stress about that part) and after all that, he said he was approving my application for naturalization. What a day!

Congrats. You didn't have to wait too long to get your visa after approval? How come? i thought the wait was was at least 10 days till they mailed your passport back.

No idea honestly! I guess Canada Post has their shipping back in order? It was a shock when I got the confirmation email on Friday and it said it’ll be here Monday.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
