Consulate Review: Manila, Philippines
Review Topic: K1 Visa
Event Description
Review Date : November 12, 2021
Embassy Review : Well like everyone we missed the window pre-pandemic so it was a long wait to finally get rescheduled.
As far as interview and Visa receipt all went smooth and easy (except I gave my change of address to the clerk and somehow it didn't get recorded so had to go to another area to pick up packet.).
Rating : Very Good

POE Review: San Francisco
Event Description
Entry Date : 2021-08-07
Embassy Review : Was nervous about the POE after a bad experience in Seattle with a B2 visa but was happy and surprised how friendly and nice everyone was.
Whole process was less than 20 minutes and was very nice and easy
Harassment Level : Low

Wow! That is cool! I am from the NW too and my fiancee is from the Philippines. It looks like we filed at the same time! Looks like they are already starting to file our month!

That is crazy for sure that we have that much in common. now down to that final wait for the NOA2 and then the transfer to the Embassy so hopefully smooth sailing for both of us now - or at least in the next few weeks when we see our notices

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
