Embassy Review : they processed the interview visa very efficiently. The most important prior to you being allowed to enter is ds160 confirmation form, They will give you ziplock where you will put your recent passport.

Pre-screening interview: she was nice, not the typical intimidating one. Though she wasnt friendly to the person whom she interviewed prior, because he lack some documents/ he presented an expired nbi clearance. she asked for my birth certificate, cenomar and NBI clearance. She asked me whats my name, who petitioned me, whats my birthday, how we met. How we started our relationship. When did we meet during the start of our relationship since mine started online, though ive met him through a family friend before and when was the last time i saw him. Do we have previous marriages, kids. my fiance is filipino- born, and he only move to the US when he was 21. so she asked me if I have his CENOMAR, which I luckily prepared.

Interview with the consul: he was nice too, he asked me who petitioned me, and whats his work. He ask specifically what he does, not just job title. Where he lives, and who he lives with him. Do we plan to stay there too. He asked where I traveled. How many times I traveled the US and the longest Ive been in the US. so mine was 5 mons, so he was grilling me what I did there for 5mons. I said I traveled, and spend time with Noel. But he doesnt believe me. I showed him my passports for him to manually count how long ive been there, so you have to be honest when they asked you about it. Then he kept on typing on his computer. And i was standing there, doubting if I will ever be approved. I was standing there for 5mins. I was thinking of other options, like in my head 😢 I dont want to do the spouse visa it will take us an additional 2-3 yrs. then he gave me a pamphlet and told me my visa is approved, i just have to wait 5-10 working days. Its still feel so surreal. Anyway I will just have to wait for my visa to really say its real.

They didnt ask for his w2, itr, i134. They didnt look at our photos, messages, and call logs. Anyway just come prepared, because you will never know what they will ask.
Rating : Very Good
