Applied for PCC at regional passport office as soon as NOA2 received, appointment can take upto a month in India. Call almost everyday to check if NVC received the case. (Best time to call: 7-8 am ET) Collected all the docs needed at NVC before case number is assigned and filled form I-864EZ beforehand (you might have to use a different form) Pay AOS and IV Fees as soon as I received email from NVC. Upload all docs when the DS 260 and AOS payment is accepted, took me about 4-5 hrs. Processing Estimates/Stats : Your I-130 was approved in 167 days from your NOA1 date. Your interview took 305 days from your I-130 NOA1 date.
