Embassy Review : Overall excellent experience.

Arrived 15 minutes earlier but took this time to clear security. They seem to have equipment that detects all electronics so it took a while to find all thumb drives and gadgets in wife's purse.

Inside the consular unit we were alone and shortly after arrival I was called to submit required documents. Just went through the list. The lady explained to me that my visa will be valid until certain date (medical expiration), that I will receive my green card within a month, etc. which I thought was a bit odd before the actual interview.

Had to wait around 30 minutes for the actual interview. Swore in, the consular asked to generally describe how we meet and how the relationship progressed. Took me a minute or two to come to the point we started dating and the consular said it is enough.
Asked my wife about business in the US, made comments about me and my wife being in the US/abround quite a lot and told that the application is approved.
Overall the interview took less than 5 minutes. I told her afterwards that I prepared a lot of evidence but she said that sometimes it is necessary but in our case it is not.

Everyone was very nice and friendly, very high customer service. The consulate was very helpful prior the interview with some back-and-forth regarding required documents (Thanks, Linda!).

A lot of stress, preparation, evidence gathering and anxiety during the whole process and it was so easy and quick.
Rating : Very Good
