Consulate Review: Panama
Review Topic: K1 Visa
Event Description
Review Date : February 2, 2019
Embassy Review : You have to email most docs before hand. Ds 160 profile and ceac profile pages, scanned copies of visa payment at banco General. Once you submit all of those they will send you p4. Then you send them your 1040, 134, w2, petitioner thepassport copy they seem to be doing k1 interviews one day a month at the end of the month. At interview all they wanted was passport pics photocopies of all passports and took benefiaciary passport. They asked s bunch of questions when met, last time saw each other, they looked at all the photos and chats and asked questions about them like who it was and where they were taken. We had over a 100 photos, print out of chats, boarding passes, they didn’t ask my k2 any questions at all. They took my fiancé’s fingerprints there. He got a 221g because they only have one doctor so he couldn’t get an appointment until 1 week after the interview.
Rating : Good

POE Review: Orlando
Event Description
Entry Date : 4/14/19
Embassy Review : Orlando was great we flew spirit from Panama got to Orlando about 1pm it was empty. Make sure you use the bathroom before you leave the plane. They went in the citizen line with me at customs then we went into this immigration room waited about 45 minutes he took their visa packets asked if he had been married before told him he had until 90 days to marry me and sent us on our way no bathrooms are in there so use it before you get off the plane.
Harassment Level : Low

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
