Event Description
Review Date : September 20, 2018
Embassy Review : My fiance got there around 8am (his appointment time was 8:30) after a long wait they took his paper work and then he waited about another 1.5 hours. They called him back, the interview it self took 5 minutes. The interviewer asked how we met and commented how prepared he was. He walked out of the interview at 11:30am

No, my husband's medical was not in his file, but the IO said he has another file and it's "probably" in there. So we have to wait until the IO gets the other file and see if the medical is in there. If it is he should approve our case.... just not sure how long this will take :(

Our was almost the same, she wanted to see if back ground was in the other file (which she sure it was) and approve us. Nothing since 6/6

Hi there, I have also filed through the Cleveland office and I was curious to know how long after you had your bio appointment did you get your interview date assigned? Did you call in or did you receive a letter? During our K1 visa process I got necessary information much faster by calling, in fact we had letters come months after we already completed previous steps. I appreciate any additional insight you might have with the Cleveland office and the AOS process. Take care

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
