Even after 14 months I still cannot get an approximate time of of approval.truth be told I hardly even go on this site much ... too discouraged

They have information on this site under Guides (I believe). That assists in understanding the components of the NVC stage. Of course, you can search or go to the NVC site. Post your question in the forum.
