The POE IO wrote an incomplete first name on my I-94, so I had to go to a deferred inspection CBP office to fix that problem and correct my name. |

It was a smooth interview. The uscis officer was so happy with all the very complete and organized hefty 'paperwork'/evidence that I had submitted that he said this interview is a mere formality. He believed in our relationship, and he was also happy I had additional paperwork/evidence for our marriage since we passed our aos package and I also had copies, so it made his life easier, since he just had to take them. Our interview was brief. I was approved on the spot, and when we got in the car, our status changed to approved, and within 5 minutes my status changed to card being produced. 4 days after i got my noa 2 (aos approval) and exactly 5 working days after i got my green card in hand. |

I wasn't given an EAD card anymore because my green card interview happened before it arrived. I was approved on the spot and my green card was produced that same day. The uscis officer said I won't be receiving any EAD anymore. I received my green card 2018-04-08. |
Processing Estimates/Stats : |
Based on timeline data, your EAD may be adjudicated between December 31, 2018 and January 10, 2019*.
If this date range has passed or your application is past due per USCIS processing times then you should consider calling the USCIS to inquire on your petition. If you have been approved please update your timeline. |

It was a smooth interview. The uscis officer was so happy with all the very complete and organized hefty 'paperwork'/evidence that I had submitted that she said this interview is a now mere formality apart from the Civics & English test and the Oath taking. She had everything she needed and it made her life easier whether. Our interview and test was brief it took us only about 30 mins tops. But the system was glitchy and their main server is still in San Diego and with terrible winds today made it extra laggy and I almost had to take the oath and my naturalization certificate in the afternoon or the next day if it didn't get resolved. But all in all I finished everything within 1 hr and 30 mins. I was approved on the spot, and I was given my naturalization certificate before I left. Since it was COVID my husband wasn't able to come with me and I had to wear a mask the entire time. I also had my interview through an ipad in 1 room while my interviewer was in another interview room. She would briefly come in my interview room to pick up documents I signed which i placed in a bin. I pretty much felt safe and at ease during the entire time. |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
