Checked in first when we arrived USCIS, and waited until interview officer grabbed us. The interview was very smooth:
At the beginning, IO asked me to provide the most recent I-94 and entrance's history, and then the basic questions on address, work experience etc. which has been filed in our I-485.
Later than, he asked my husband a few questions to verify if our relationship was real: Like when is my birthday, what did we do during my last birthday, why do I love my husband, and those 'yes no' questions from I-485 form.
In the end, he asked us to submit any new proof, so we submit our new car titiles, new house purchase record, house insurance and joint bank account, and 3 new pictures. |

Reused the previous biometrics. Best immigration interview experience ever!
Checked in first, and waited about 50 mins before the IO called me. Did combo interview for I751/N400. Started with writing/reading/civic test, and some simple questions about how we meet, when we get married, etc., and then back to the N400 interview where I answered the 'yes/no' questions from the form. Spouse stayed there for the whole time. In the end OI said they'll recommend approval for both of my cases. However due to the system merging it might take some time so I should expect a late February oath. OI was very nice and fun, most relaxing immigration interview throughout the whole journey. |

Timeline Comments: None yet, be the first!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
