Comments : Incredible, both my I-130 and I-129F K-3 were approved with in 2 hours (11/15/06)! What do I do now, which would be best to pursue at this time???
Called NVC on 11/30/06, they say they received K3 Package on 11/27/06 despite the fact that as of yesterday they said they did not have it yet!
WE Took the Short cut route and faxed and couriered the DS 2001, DS 230 Part 1 and the Passport Bio Page to the embassy 6 days after the Embassy received the K3 Petition from NVC.

Comments : Never received NOA1 for EAD, called after the check cleared the bank(2 weeks later), and USCIS said they should send out the NOAshortly. We still never received it. Website says it was transfered to California for processing. As of 05/15/07 we have received nothing on the EAD.
As of 08-06-07 still waiting on first NOA1 or anything on EAD. Made Appointment with local service center through Info Pass in hopes they can shed some light on our EAD Status.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
