Amphur in Udon Thani requires wife to be present to help, but USCIS wont give early release of parole without RFE satisfied. Infopass appointment 5-26-09 at USCIS officer thought our doc was valid and doesn't know why the RFE. Recommends providing anything we can. Congressional liaison feels the same. Finaly, it passed upon submission.

POE Review: Seattle
Event Description
Entry Date : 2008-07-16
Embassy Review : Asked when and where we married and how many times I visited her in Thailand. They only wanted to know the month and year of visits, not exact days. Also, asked my name (USC). It took 2 hours, she was last in line. The embassy made a typo on marriage date and POE Officer questioned her. She produced the doc that proved her answer was right and embassy in error. Fingerprint too.
Harassment Level : Low

Local US CIS Office Review: Seattle WA
Review Topic: cis_topic
Event Description
Review Date : December 24, 2009
Embassy Review : Citizen was asked about friend who introduced us, timeframe and cirdumstances. We gave photos and evidence paperwork to the officer.
Harassment Level : Very Good

She got her US Citizenship January 1, 2017. The USCIS Interviewer was great and got her into the group swearing-in that same day.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
