End of interview Counselor gave me 221g and mention there refused for Administration process and he kept my passport and marriage certificate, but on Ceac.state.gov site still show ready they not put on Administration process and just one date changed case status on February 28, 2019. Other I don't know what meaning this just keep hope they will be give me visa soon.
