Wasn't able to make it to the interview with my fiance but he ended up being the last person to interview. This was most likely because he showed up at 8:30am, whereas most people got there super early.
When he was called, he was only asked 2 questions:
1. Where have you and your fiance travel to?
- Maldives, Thailand, Malaysia
2. What do you plan to do when you get to the U.S.?
- Marry my fiance
Everyone he met was really nice and all smiles, although he heard a lot of people being yelled at and having 30 min interviews. We had an abundance of evidence since I had flown over 4 times in the last year. Our paperwork was also very organized. Maybe that's what helped.
The interviewer laughed when my fiance answered the second question and he said"very good!" After he had already issued the approval for visa, he asked my fiance how old my daughter was, and he replied that she would be 5 in a couple days |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
