Thanks for all that information. I received my case complete letter this morning. Thank god.

Yaaaaay. Congrats. Thank God yes indeed. Now to a speedy interview date assignment. Have you started preparing your documents.

Thank you. I’m not sure what to prepare other than copies of the civil documents and pictures.

1. His passport along with copy
2. His original birth certificate along with copy
3. DS-260 Confirmation page
4. Interview appointment letter
5. Any marriage and divorce certificates (original+copy)
6. Your US passport and naturalization certificate (better if you can take originals with copies, but just copies are fine)
7. 2 passport photos
8. All his previous passports
9. The copy of form I-864 (inside the file that was scanned and emailed to you) along with your 2017 Federal Tax return, employment letter and 2 recent paystubs
10. Original police report
11. Medical report
12. Proof of relationship such as family photos, money transfers, affidavits from friends and family members, copies of emails, messages, any joint ownership and any other evidence that you think that proves bona fide marriage
13. Proof of your US domicile, such as your lease
My lawyer sent me the above list of things to bring.

Ok. Thank you very much...

Why administrative review if you don’t mind me asking ?

Most if not all cases goes into AP. Medical wasn't recieve in time also petioner (I) showing up at interviewing resulting in stoke interview being done. 😕 so delays.

What do you mean about you showing up for the interview. How did that stall it.

I know spouses are allowed but this particular interviewer asked me why I came exactly. Etc.

Interesting, I have never heard of the spouse showing up adding to administrative processing. In fact, it is recommended that spouses attend. It sounds like the medical exam held you up since it was only 3 days before your interview and the average waiting time is 7-10 days for medical results to reach the embassy. Hopefully it gets there soon - good luck and keep us posted!

I assumed

Received GC exact 3 weeks after POE

Congratulations! I couldn’t get to pickup my passport so I have courier service pickup for me. I will be leaving in February before my tummy get too big...

Didn't received social automatically even though clicked yes on IV application (waited a month), so we had to go down to the social security office to apply in person. after the application was processed we received the SSN 2 weeks later.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
