Hi guys, please do you know if filing taxes as single will affect approvals?

You can file single but for.immigration purposes its best to file married filing single...

Hi guys we filed i130, in January and it's going to a year now we haven't heard back from uscis now my question is do you think is too late for us to file i129(k3) to fasten it up

The I-129f(K3) has slowed down tremendously. There are people who have been waiting over 4 months to hear anything about their I-129f. I knew as soon as USCIS caught on to why people were filing it they would slow it down🤷ðŸ½â€â™€ï¸

Hey, we have same date of interview. How far? I believe, we will get the visa issued before the ban goes into effect

Yes we should! But hopefully the ban will be blocked..the Democrats are now on it

Yes, hopefully. What's your interview time? This Lagos hold up stuff... Do you plan for a hotel nearby embassy?

I'm so sorry to hear about your interview. Did they give you a reason?

Lack of bona fide evidence

Sorry to hear that. What will you do now? To refile?

USCIS will reach out to us to appeal..our petition is still active so no refiling necessary

We are grateful for 2nd chancesâ¤

Hallelujah... Congratulations to you and your spouse.

Thank you!â¤

After you replied to the NOIR. How much time nebraska center took to reaffirm your case?

Hope Hope it took 6 weeks.

Hey can i ask you what did they say in noir
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
