Consulate Review: Montreal, Canada Review Topic: K1 Visa Event Description Review Date : December 6, 2018 Embassy Review : K-1 visa Our Appointment time: 7:30 am Our arrival time: 6:45 am. The doors did not open until 7:30 am. By then, there were about 10-12 groups of people waiting outside. I want to emphasize that the consulate basically takes people in on a first come first serve basis (based off of appointment time like previous reviews stated) and people were let inside one at a time. Overall our experience was similar to all the other reviews regarding what to expect. Some of the guards were a little impatient but otherwise everything went smoothly. NOTE: The interviewer told me that the Canada Post strike is over, very good news. Rating : Moderate
