2019-09-03: Medical
.....
2019-09-24: Interview was refused when fiance went to London. They are still insisting a SAR is required even though he brought one from NI police headquarters and his original ACRO was clear and said "no trace". His papers, passport and chest xray were returned to him. However they kept the Affidavit of support & work letter. Told to reschedule after getting UK ACRO SAR.
.....
2019-10-11: Rcvd SAR had an old forgotten, unfounded accusation that had no charges and no further action on it. Made another appt for interview for the following weeks with documents proving it was not an arrest.
.....
2019-10-29: Interview. Given 221g refusal for AP to further review case. Even with documents from his Solicitor & ACRO stating the info on the SAR was not an arrest he was given the dreaded 221g. CO questioned a few times why the "arrest" wasn't disclosed at medical. Again explained he never was arrested and/or thought it was one. Embassy kept passport though.
2019-11-05: Visa Issued per CEAC website |

At interview on 2021-01-13 we were told he would approve but the Medical paperwork never made it to his file. We are so disappointed. Tried to contact Knightsbridge in London for copy of K1 Medical, but closed for Covid. Got 2nd Medical done 2021-01-25 by Civil Surgeon same day we received RFE papers in mail. Sent RFE & Medical back 2021-01-27. |

Embassy Review : |
Was refused an interview after flying to London for the scheduled interview with the papers originally requested. Said I needed a SAR and would not allow me to interview and send in SAR after a 221g like everyone else |
Rating : |
Very Poor |
|
Timeline Comments: 3Although ACRO has 'No Trace', the embassy in London emailed 3 business days prior to the scheduled interview - in which airfare was purchase to attend, being from Northern Ireland - to say a SAR Subject Access Record was needed as well and canceled his interview.
We are currently scrambling to get a SAR from NI police.
Its not everyone that will be bold enough to want to find out of their spouse is cheating but in my case i really wanted to know and i eventually did through the help of someone. For all types of mobile hacks, get unrestricted and unnoticeable access to your partner/spouse, Skype, Facebook Account, Email(s), Whatsapp, Instagram, Text messages. We can also give you detailed location and movement of your spouse on a daily basis. Getting the job done is as simple as sending an email to (hack4net8@gmail .com) stating what you want to do? Very straight forward and professional, i was reffered by someone and am glad i tried the reference
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
