We moved a couple days before USCIS sent paperwork and changed our address online a few days after USCIS sent the paperwork, So all cards and paperwork was sent back to USCIS in Missouri. I was able to contact the immigration office in Missouri and they have resent the employment card and rescheduled an interview at our local office for interview. |

Embassy Review : |
We had an appointment of 3:15 pm, we were impressed that we were called back at about 3:25 pm. We were surprised that a government agency gave us very little wait time. The interview was about 30 mins and the agent was very friendly, we even did some sarcasm and laughing at times. Most questions, as expected, were directed at my foreign spouse. We went to the interview with more documentation that the checklist had asked for, so whenever the agent asked for some kind of documentation, we had no trouble providing. For working with government officials it was actually a pleasant experience. I wish other government places had the same efficiency and friendliness as this local office had. |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
