Comments : Our flight arrived in Miami international airport at 11:20pm by the time a gate was available for the plane to park and we got off and walked to Customs it was a quarter to twelve my husband was taken to a room where he would be registered into the system I was able to go with him. Because it was a shift change for the overnight CBP officers to come on shift and other people waiting for different reasons we waited for about 45 minutes. But the actual process was pretty quick they put a cr1 stamp in my husband's passport gave him a white paper with instructions and verbally told him when he needed to apply to have conditional status removed to permanent status

Consulate Review: Guyana
Review Topic: IR-1/CR-1 Visa
Event Description
Review Date : March 28, 2018
Embassy Review : Put your right hands up. Do you swear that everything you are about to say is the truth? We do.
Are you the practitioner? She asked me
When and where did you meet
Did you started dating immediately after meeting each other?
Have you ever lived or worked outside of guyana?
When?
How old were you when you returned to guyana?
How often did you travel to Guyana? She asked me
What's the longest time you stayed when you visited?
Does either of you have children from previous relationship? Or together?
Have either of you ever been previously married?
Consluate to us: you have a beautiful love story.

Your visa is approved come back next Tuesday the 3rd. then she interrupted herself and asked me when was I returning back to the United States I told her I was returning on Tuesday the 3rd of April, she asked my husband did he mind traveling alone the following week I then asked her is it at all possible for us to travel together because I don't want to be apart form my husband anymore. She said we don't process visas on Thursday and Friday and the following Monday we're holidays then she said hold on let me check something she went to the back and came back to the window and told my husband come back tomorrow and pick up your passport and your package.
The entire process from entry to interview less than an hour

Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
