The local office changed from Santonio, TX to Buffalo, NY due to moving, which expedites the processing time a lot. I submitted the AR-11 at the end of July and had the interview scheduled on September 15. The interview was short and smooth. No extra documents were requested to be seen. The officer only went through all the questions listed on I-485. I was told that the I-130 was not approved yet so I have to wait. And exactly one month after the interview I received the approval email. |
