Event Description

Embassy Review : HI, this will be a short review as the process was very short and smooth for us. The interview included my Fiancé along with Daughter (20) and Son (11).

We were schedule for 12:30 PM and arrived 30 minutes prior, no need to get there super early as they call you by number, not time of arrival. After going trough Security and given a Red tag with a number, we waited about 20 minutes until called to a window. A consulate officer took our Cuban Embassy Package and selected a few files, W2 and IRS transcripts from previous year only, copy of Divorce Certificates and Birth Certificates, look at some of the evidence and asked fiancé a few questions about our relationships and told us take a seat until called again. We waited about 45 minutes this time and were all called to the second window for the interview, it was short, they asked fiancé a couple of questions, took fingerprints from her and Daughter and said, you are Approved, welcome to the US, the officer did not glance at me once, nor did it asked for the 2 evidence folders I had with me. Easy and painless, I hope everyone has a similar interview.

Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
