Comments : Everyone was super friendly at the USCIS Office in Montgomery Alabama!
I don't know the name of the person who did our interview, I guess they don't want to tell their names, I understand that. But anyway, the interview was really good and again, the staff was super friendly! We got approved on spot!

Embassy Review : The interview went very well, excluding the data that they have. I already did my medical test before and the Doctor says he is gonna send the results to the embassy. But guess what, the embassy said they never received something.

So they were not allowed to give me an approval or not. They gave me a letter with the missing parts/data for the interview. (Medical check uncomplete)

I called the Doctor directly after the interview, but he was already on vacation. (For 3 weeks!!! )

Then I received a letter which says, that my K1 Case will be closed, because I never went through the hole process. The embassy needed a letter of intent, that they open the case again. During the same time, I was calling the Doctor and made sure he send all the missing information.

It all went well! They approved my case and also the interview...

(It was not the fault of the embassy, the embassy was great and nice!!! Just the Doctor was on my blacklist.. he put us in trouble and he risked my/our life together!!!)
Rating : Moderate

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
