our time was at 12:05 pm, in Atlanta USCIS. We've got an electronic ticket, went up to the 3rd floor, and after 15 minutes , at 12:15 pm, we were called. to the room # 2 for an interview. It took 20 minutes, I-485 was approved. Nothing special : photo, fingerprints of forefingers, all questions concerned personal data, how we met , when we got married, several autobiographical questions. |

Embassy Review : |
I had my interview on 5 October... at 7:40 , near the embassy , there were about 50 people of nonimmigrant and immigrant, we were all together in a line. At 8:00am russian policeman has began to check our passports, and let us to come inside the territory of the embassy...then we have been waiting for enter inside the embassy, about one hour... at 9:13 i got inside, and after some procedure of checking i got to the second floor for immigrant visas area. first we gave our documents and waited for the interview. My interview was so pleasant for me, that i never imagined before... the interview was in English, no more than 10 minutes, the questions were all about our relationship, childrens, pets... and it was very easy and pleasant to answer. The girl officer who interviewed me asked if my fiance sent me a photos of his house-I said "Yes" and I wanted to give her a photo...she pointed to a pile of my proof and evidence and said it's not necessary, we'll just talk...questions were about our relationship, our last maggiage, our children, our meeting... i can say it was very friendly conversation, i feel so comfortable, i just told about us, and i enjoyed about it... I wanted to talk and talk, it was so easy and pleasant for me... at some point I even felt sorry to leave the interview room, I remember such a nice and kind smile at girl's face when she said : We approved your visa ! ...
P.S....i read that one girl wrote she came to the toilet room and jumped there after approval , i did not go to toilet room... i jumped outside ))))) |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
