The whole interview took about 20 minutes. Officer asked my husband 5 questions (Where did you meet? When did you decide to get married? etc) while I was sitting next to him. We were not even separated. After the officer was done asking my husband questions, he looked at me and asked: "Did he tell the truth?" I said yes and the officer said: "Ok, cool, approved." |

We got invited for a second round of interview. When we asked why we had to appeal again, they said it was a clerical error in their system because it said we had never been interviewed before. When we told them that this was our second interview, they went through with the interview anyway even though they acknowledged it was unnecessary. |

I waited for 3 hours but when it was my turn, the interview took only about 10 minutes and then the officer congratulated me and said "You're goot to go! Congratz!" |

Timeline Comments: None yet, be the first!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
