London Medical 23 Feb, 2007-went great, lovely people, easy to find, excellent info regarding vaccs. and K1 visa. No worries!
Visa Interview was only nerve-wracking b/c of our own build-up. Simple and fast, except for the general waiting. It is finished!!! (for now)
EAD Stamp rec'd at JFK, no trouble at all. |

Don't know if our InfoPass for the Emergency AP had anything to do with getting EAD approved, but if it did, yea! |

Made an InfoPass appointment in Atlanta for emergency AP; the people there were WONDERFUL and kind. We were approved pending the official papers actually arriving on the right desk since we did Infopass only two days after our NOA. We also got our biometrics appt. moved up so we could leave the country earlier. Paid extra for overnight mail, so hope we get the packet soon. |

Rec'd letter on Christmas Eve 2009 that Barry was "denied" his status because we had applied late. For some reason they showed our packet logged in on 8/31 instead of 8/29. After panicking for a week, I made an INFOPASS appt and talked with a rep there. Not much help, but suggested I resend entire application for lifting conditions (minus $$) and ask for a re-look. I did that on 1/13/10. A month and a a half later got the email about the green card going to production. Sadly, Barry's mom passed away a week before we got that email and he was not able to return to Wales for the funeral. Green card received 3-5-10. Stick a fork in us--we are DONE! |

Fairly clear instructions, but due to renovations, signage rather poor. Leave your electronics in the hotel! Were called up to window 14 within 5 minutes of arriving. First interview (for document checking) went fast, paid $100 at window 12, no 'pay in' slip needed. Waited an hour for Second interview at window 16. As the American citizen I was asked to sit down so my fiance could answer what turned out to be three questions: where did you meet? what does your fiancee do for a living? What will you do for work in the US?. Approved! All parties very nice, friendly and helpful. |

Timeline Comments: None yet, be the first!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
