We are still waiting, We filed an expediting for the EAD, the paperwork was faxed on 11/7/18. We did receive a notification on 11/2 that his AOS is ready to schedule an interview but I heard that can take months before it is scheduled and just means that the NVC sent his case to the Milwaukee field office.

We called USCIS today, they could not confirm that they received the fax for the EAD... said it can still take a while to be approved. We will be notified by mail of decision..... We are now 141 days out. The estimation time on Visa journey says we are over due....

I am very sad to say, that we filed for our children to get their green cards. We were approved however the Post office miss delivered them. I contacted everyone I could. I even have a letter stating they lost the green cards. We filed the i90 to get replacements but was denied because they have record from the post office that they were delivered. At this point. I am tired. The USCIS wants an additional 1400. to appeal their decision. I do not have anymore supporting documentation to support our claim. But I am going to give them a call. Please!!! if your green card does not come in the mail, on time, be proactive. This situation has cost us Thousands and Thousands of dollars and still no green cards.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
